What's the difference between ISTJ and an INTJ?

I found the Myers-Briggs personality tests and I've found that I'm definitely Introvert, Thinking, and Judging. The confusing part is, I don't know if I'm iNtuitive or Sensing. I've even done a test where it came out 50/50. I was curious to find out more about the two personality types.
