Can drawing too much blood cause a blood clot if the bone marrow can not replace the blood lost quick enough?

ummmm No. Your question is all over the place with lot's of mixed up information. But no too much blood loss cannot cause a blood clot in the bone marrow. Blood clots generally form in veins. Bone marrow is what makes blood cells they then mature elsewhere in the body
