Is it possible for identical twins to have the exact same birthmark?

first off i doubt that "fuhq "is a professor of anything. and to answer the question, yes it is possible, but it is not based on the identical genes. if they had the same birthmark it would be purely by chance and not because they share the same genes. during development, the twins exist as separate entities, each of them developing their own minute yet unique differences.
