Why is every atrocity attributed to Christians called "fact" while atrocities by Jews are always "blood libel"?

Isn't this a dangerous set up? Where one side wins all the time because they are always innocent and free of guilt? Always the "victims" of creative lies that stems from "hate" and never facts?
