Can you get pregnant if you take the sperm off of your stomach and put it inside of you?

I was wondering this, I haven't tried this but when he pulls out he s on my stomach and I was just wondering if a women that did that if that would get her pregnant? and another question is that since when he s on my stomach is it possible that the sperm can leak down to my virgina and possibly get me pregnant?
