What do you do if you spend an all-nighter and feel very sick, dizzy, and nauseous?

My friend is currently feeling those statuses. Please help!! She is killing me to find help online and yes...xD. Oh and by the way, if you are going to say she is PREGNANT, then she can't be because she is under age.
