If you dont take your blood pressure meds for 2 days could that cause me to be more dizzy and really tired>

My friend who was going to bring me samples since it cost so much hasn't. and I'm wondering if that's why I fee like thta.. like Really tired, when I stand up I get this pins and needles feeling then see liek little spots andjust need to flop down for a little and then i hear tihs drone in my ears for like just 30 seconds or so
