Healthy eating?

For the last few days I have been making myself fruit smoothies with a combination of 5 or six fruits like bananas and blueberries. I have had the smoothie for breakfaat and throughout the morning until lunchtime, an aaple mid afternoon then kous kous and salad for evening meal. Is this a good regime to be on if I want to lose weight. I am getting married in October and want to start a family so am trying to get into peak condition. A response from any one nutritionist type experience would be greatly appreciated.
