Can someone tell me what this might be on my dog?

I'm not sure, because I'm not a vet, but dogs do have an gland that can become impacted. Normally it gets cleared by defecation, but if not, the build-up needs to be cleared out. It can cause problems if they're not cared for. I would talk to a vet about it.
