Can a 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T engine be replaced by 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10 engine without modifications?

I wanted to change the engine in my Dodge Challenger R/T to the Dodge Viper SRT-1O. Will I need to change the transmission, make suspension upgrades, or any other modifications to make this happend. And if any one knows, what would be the cost of labor to have something like this done if I already have the 2006 Dodge Viper Engine?
