Is every wisdom tooth extraction as pleasurable as mine...?

Now when I heard that I had to have my wisdom teeth extracted my body filled with terror. The horror stories that came from family and friends scared me to the point, I had to be dragged to the dental surgery kicking and screaming. Not good when I am well into adulthood. But surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. Didn't feel any pain whatsoever and the dentist got to my teeth with considerable ease even when I myself struggle to reach them just with my tooth brush. Admittedly my gums are a little sore at the moment, but from what I've seen, some other people look like they've been punched in the face and not been able to eat for a week in some cases when they've had theirs done. Anyone else had a nice experience when their wisdom teeth were extracted? Thanks!
